Jhenaidah district occupies a special place in the history of Bangladesh's liberation war. The greatest achievement of the nation of Bengali nation is our greatest achievement - our independence. In 1971, residents of this district exploded simultaneously in the form of baroos stacked fire and fired fire at the ranangan, town-port, village-ganj. The then Awami League leader Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, when the majority of the National Assembly of Pakistan called on "At this time the struggles of freedom struggle" and "to build the fortress of the house" on the Racecourse grounds, then the preparation of the block was started in Jhenaidah too and the struggle was formed Council. War of the series
On April 1, 1971, the news of the sudden attack on the Pakistani army was attacked by the Pakistani army. At the speed of the Mukti Bahini chief Mahbub sahib went forward with the force of resistance to the bishkhali. The fight in front of both sides is the fight. This is the first time in the liberation struggle of Bangladesh. It was a very fierce war at one o'clock in the afternoon. Young people inexplicable in our country and they have no heavy weapon, but what? To preserve the sanctity of the motherland, they are willing to embrace dying. Bombshell failed in their infinite courage. The Pakistani army was not able to cross the invading Bakhtkhali river, they went back to the cantonment of Jessore Cantonment. In the history of Bangladesh, the first milestone in honor of the victory of war was established in this war of the subjects. The story of this war was first broadcasted in foreign radio BBC, French news agency and Australian Radio ABS.
Guerrilla attack
In the Jainaidah district of India, the training of the freedom fighters in the Jahanidah district, as per the directives of the Mukti Bahini, was destroyed by the rajakars. Some of these tremendous guerrilla warfare took place in Shailkupa upazila. The significant ones are (1) Shailakupa police station attack (2) Battle of Kamanna (3) Battle of Abipur High School premises (4) Battle of Alfapur In the battle of Kamna, 27 people and 10 freedom fighters were killed in Abaipur. Nazrul Islam, the leader of Kamna's freedom fighters, was martyred. After achieving independence, a memorial was built in memory of 27 freedom fighters who were killed in Kamanna. Besides, a memorial has been built in Jhenaidah town to commemorate the freedom fighters. Chairman of Shailkupa Thana Volunteer Force Montu, Abu Ahmed, Sona Molla and Akhbar Chairman of Sripura led Alfapur. Two captive captains, three sepoys and four razakars were killed in the Hondurapakistani forces. There was no damage to the guerrillas. Most of the people of the city and village-ganel help the guerrillas to accelerate independence.
Direct and concurrent
On the one hand, in the last week of November, 1971, the guerrillas form an extreme form on the other side, on the other side, the Indian army and the Liberation Force jointly (the Allies) cross the border and enter and build the free area. On December 3/4, on the 5th and 6th of December, Jhenaidah reached Kopatak and Chitradni by Maheshpur, Kotchandpur and Chuadanga areas. The Pakistani Allied forces fled and fled the country without interrupting the Allied forces. On 6 December, Jhenaidah was released from the ranks of the city and its district forces.
Neelaxa of the raiders to kill significant people, regardless of their identity, on December 7/8, has failed. Before independence of the country Jhenaidah is free Jhenaidah, who won the war on the first front, won Jhenaidah's independence before independence of the whole country.
